Casas Global Outreach
Proposal for World Class Community
The World Class Community is a relationally-based community of learning and mutual support for Casas people who have expressed interest in long-term cross-cultural work. The purpose is to to help each other grow in our understanding and skills as missional followers of Jesus, to help each other continuously fan the flame of our global outreach passion over time, to facilitate relationships between Global Outreach staff and potential future missionaries, and to go through the Casas Global Outreach process together. It is intended to be a group for us until we become full-time missionaries or until God leads us to be involved in another way. It meets for a semester at a time. It is co-facilitated by a member of the group and Global Outreach personnel.
