Instructions for laptop in the plaza:
1.       We can borrow the laptop from Lois for this purpose. 
2.       it is a Compaq labeled “Casas Laptop 01” in a black Acer bag (which is also labeled “Casas Laptop 01”. 
3.       It has a plug-in wireless card in a pouch inside the case. 
4.       When you power it up and open Windows Explorer, you’re connected. 
5.       The (very old) battery will probably run out if left all morning. To remedy this, and to keep little Christians from stealing it, I suggest some variation of the following:  
a.       The 9:15 person picks up the laptop from the same place as the sign-up materials (CW23, the office across from Scott’s).
b.       The 9:15 person inputs the last names after people leave and then shuts off the computer and brings it with them (to worship?). 
c.       At 10:30, the 9:15 person delivers the laptop to the table to the 10:45 person. 
d.       The 10:45 person inputs the last names after people leave and then shuts off the computer and brings it with them (to BF?) and plugs it into the wall in BF (if needed). 
e.       At 12:00 the 10:45 person delivers it to the table for the 12:00 person. 
f.         At 12:15 the last person brings the computer to CW 23 (the office across from Scott’s) and leaves it there with the yellow sign and other materials.
