Equipment Loan Policy
1. The people of Casas have given donations to promote Global Outreach within Casas. Those donations have purchased certain expensive, fragile, difficult to replace equipment such as canopies, face banners, flags, etc. Care must be taken on the part of Global Outreach as the lender and on the part of the borrower to ensure the long life of this equipment.
2. Equipment will not be loaned off campus.
3. Equipment will not be loaned out for more than 3 days.
4. Borrower is responsible for pick-up, check-out, check-in, and return of borrowed items to their storage location.
5. Borrower is responsible for cleaning and returning each item in its original condition.
