Three times a year ministries can host a table in the plaza to help the people of Casas gain an understanding of what some of the  ministries of Casas are!

Steps

· Table reservations need to be made with Casas two weeks in advance and be accompanied with a blurb in the bulletin.

· The blurb will be written by Scott.

· We can set up a yearly schedule based upon the first time you represent your ministry in the Plaza.

Guidelines

1. Table should have a poster with pictures , a map showing where you serve, what peoples are being reached  and how to pray for the ministry.

2. Table should be interactive and fun. Some ideas are:  a carnival/midway game with goodies to give away, hand out trinkets, bookmarks, beads or any small tangible reminders of the ministry.

3. Have a sign up sheet for people who are interested in getting more involved .

4. Invite Casas people or Bible Fellowships that have been involved to help you represent the ministry in the plaza.
