Staph Reservation Requests

 

 

Don't ask Administrative Assistant for a reservation until you have the following information: 

 

ROOMS  (48 hours to get a reply)

  1. Event Title

  2. Date

  3. Time (beginning and ending)

  4. Number expected

  5. Type of set up desired (tables or rows of seats)

  6. Special needs (overhead, podium, mics, ppt projector, etc…)

  7. Childcare Y/N

 

VANS  (48 hours to get a reply)

  1. Destination

  2. Date

  3. Time (departure and return)

  4. Account number (no idea what for, I’ll ask)

  5. Number of passengers (a detailed manifest with names and emergency contact numbers must be turned in before you get your keys)

  6. Name of Driver (Casas approved drivers only need apply J)

  7. Preferred color of van (ok, only if you care)

 

FOOD

  1. Event Title

  2. Date

  3. Time

  4. Location

  5. Number expected (final head count due one week before event, date your RSVP’s accordingly)

  6. Desired menu
