Global Outreach Street Fair

Welcome to the Street Fair!  Have an exciting day interacting with our Casas members and friends!  We hope you will build new relationships and make new connections to continue to expand God’s Kingdom through your ministries.

Tips for the day: 

•     With guests at your booth, it is more engaging to stand; chairs are best used for quieter times.

·         Standing on the same side of the table as the guests makes the guests feel more at-ease and have more rapport with you; standing on the opposite side of the table creates a distant feeling.

·         Sitting on the opposite side of the table while guests stand is a most awkward and distant posture.

Response Cards:

·         Please ask guests who visit your booth to complete the brief Response Card and collect them.

·         At the end of the fair, please turn in all the response cards to the Information Booth.

• Go to the Information Booth, located in front of the worship center near the outdoor stage.
• Cell phones for needs the day of the fair: 

Schedule of events?

·         Church service:                          7:50-9:00  (quietly leave 5-10 min. early to man your booths)

·         Fair times:                                 9:00-1:00

·         Prime interactive times:              9:00-9:30; 10:15-11:00; and 11:45-1:00

·         Tear down:                                After 1:00 PM

•   Check the brochure with this letter for the map and listing of booths.

Concessions?

• The Food Court is the predominant area for food.
• Snacks are available in Small World.
• Complimentary water with your RED TICKET is available only at the International Market, next to the Food Court.  These Red tickets will NOT be honored in the Food Court line.

Performances on the outdoor stage?  (Located by the Food Court)
